JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Job Functions:

• Wash your hands when you arrive at work and throughout your shift
• Follow all required guidelines for PPE when required to wear and maintain a clean and sanitized uniform at all times.
• Maintains and stocks adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments, etc.
• Washes glasses and other serving equipment at bars
• Rotate wine and beer in large cooler
• Stock refrigerating units with wines, beer, replace beer kegs, etc.
• Replenish bar ice
• Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, bar stools, etc.
• Prepare food items needed in preparation of drinks
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Organize and Clean empty beer bottles daily

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space.
• Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs., including, but not limited to, lifting trays of food or food items on a regular and continuing basis.
• Understand and respond to employee and guest verbal requests and visual cues in a loud and extremely busy environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or high volume environment
  • Must be able to stand and work 8 hour shifts
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Customer service oriented attitude with strong hospitality skills
  • Able to work flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

  Preferred:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Salary:

• $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
