Bonner Built is seeking competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. We are an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor who is currently looking to add 3 individuals to our team of storm restoration reps to assist in handling insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have hit the metro area. Our company has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and we grew to over $14 million worth of roofing, painting, and gutter projects in 2023. As we continue to grow, we are pushing for $20 million in 2024-2025.

To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we are seeking 3 energetic, independent individuals to join our team and to assist homeowners with their claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections. Prior experience is not necessary.

No experience? No problem. Bonner Built delivers a proven training program which develops fully capable, proficient reps within 3-4 weeks. The individuals we hire receive training on basic construction, insurance, and storm damage so that they can assist homeowners through their claims process.

• APPLICATION - Complete our quick online application.
• ASSESSMENTS - After a hiring manager reviews your application, you may be asked to complete assessments. This could be a mix of personality and video assessments.
• INTERVIEWS - During our interview stage, you may participate in virtual, phone or in-person interviews with a variety of team members.
• OFFER - The final step of the process is extending a job offer to those candidates for which there is a strong fit.

Compensation

• Average first year representatives earn between range: $6,000 - $10,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must have reliable transportation
• Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management skills
• Able to work in a team environment
• Sales experience is a plus but not a necessity
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Inspecting homes and documenting storm damage. You do not need to climb a ladder!
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process
• Signing up prospective clients
• Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
• Self generating leads for prospective clients.

Job Type: Commission

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
