We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a vital member of our HR department, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various hourly positions within our organization. 

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for hourly positions using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and online communities.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for hourly roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Assist with drafting job postings and updating recruitment materials as needed.
• Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities for hourly positions.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high volume recruitment, HR, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Oracle) is a plus.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree and three (3) plus years of HR experience or equivalent, preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
