The ISO Coordinator will be responsible for the quality management system and oversee all internal auditing. Will complete audits, prepare audit reports, manage controlled documents, and complete document change orders upon request from our facility.

Will be held accountable for maintaining the quality management system and scheduling our external registrar audits. Must have a basic knowledge of commonly used tools such as : Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio and Outlook.

Be willing to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated. Training and pre-established work instructions will be provided to help facilitate the learning process.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

• Perform quality management system audits.
• Prepare yearly quality management system audit schedule.
• Schedule yearly ISO 9001 : 2015 and IATF 16949 : 2016 registrar audit.
• Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.
• Manage all controlled documents in our system.
• Schedule and lead quarterly management review meetings.
• Open corrective action / preventative action reports.
• Close out corrective action / preventative action reports

What You'll Need :

• Organizational skills with attention to detail (audit reports, presentations, data analysis).
• Basic computer skills.
• Oral and written communication.
• Interpretation ability of ISO 9001 : 2015 and IATF 16949 : 2016.
• Hands on skills.
• Must be able to Interpret written procedure process flow diagrams.
• Must be able to read prints.
• Ability to inspire others to work efficiently, defuse conflict and make good decisions.
• Team player with leadership skills.

Education and Experience Needed :

• Must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree
• 1-3 years manufacturing and auditing experience.
• IATF 16949 experience a plus.
• Must able to work in the . without Sponsorship.
