Job Description

As a Project Manager for Oil & Gas Software Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software solutions to clients in the oil & gas industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely and successful implementation of software solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, will be key to managing resources effectively and meeting project milestones. You will also be responsible for ensuring that software products meet industry standards and client expectations through thorough testing and quality assurance processes. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Building strong relationships with clients and staying informed about industry trends will also be important aspects of your role.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and successful track record of project delivery.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies used in the oil & gas industry.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in software development and implementation within the oil & gas market.

- Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications.

- Knowledge of low-code technology platforms such as Mendix.
