A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PM GRILL COOK :

As the PM Grill Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation of all grilled, fried & roasted items as they appear on menus or specials.

You will properly season all food properly and cook everything to the proper doneness. You will be responsible for all accompanying sauces, relishes, dressings, and garnishes for all fried and roasted items.

This position is responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the station, equipment, coolers, and mise en place shelves.

You will correctly inventory and complete pulls and requisitions of all foodstuffs. Reports directly with the Clubroom Chef de Cuisine and completes all tasks, additional prep, and checks for any special items needed for that period.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.
• Ability to handle a high level of responsibility.
• Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
• Thorough understanding of sanitation-related issues. Takes all precautions and preventative measures necessary to ensure a clean food preparation environment.
• Serve Safe certified - or the ability to become certified.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., sit and stand for long periods, and have the ability to bend, stretch, and twist.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some nights.
• Must show active pursuit of ACF Certification.
