Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including systems, supply chain management, financial analysis, and process improvement. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimizing inventory turnover. Duties: - Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts - Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations - Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies - Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and loss - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices - Utilize financial analysis techniques to evaluate inventory performance and make data-driven recommendations - Oversee the warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory - Train and supervise staff members involved in inventory management processes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in inventory management or related roles - Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices - Proficient in using inventory management systems and software - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Experience in financial modeling and analysis - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis - Knowledge of warehouse operations and retail management practices - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Join our team as an Inventory Manager and contribute to the success of our organization through effective inventory management practices.
