• Maintain meticulous medical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Uphold rigorous infection control measures to safeguard patient health and safety.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion to develop precise treatment plans.
• Execute medical coding and billing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate with colleagues to create personalized treatment strategies.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and colleagues, utilizing medical terminology effectively.
• Manage patient information securely using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, maintaining utmost confidentiality of patient data.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as an Orthodontist.
• Proficiency in using orthodontic systems and tools.
• Familiarity with medical documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Strong knowledge of infection control protocols in a dental office setting.
• Deep understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion principles.
• Experience with medical coding and billing procedures.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and effective communication skills.
• Experience working with electronic health record systems, preferably Epic.
