Responsibilities :

Evaluate and deliver therapy services to adults with developmental disabilities

Ideal for Therapists looking for consistent extra hours and / or experience with an interesting population

Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure / certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.

g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)

• Contemporaneous documentation using electronic health records;
• Meet productivity expectation;
• Participate in scheduled supervision

Required skills :

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT New York State License
• Clinical supervision as needed.
• Abide by the clinical affiliation agreement for interns.

Preferred skills :

• Willing to take initiative
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Highly flexible personality type
• Proficient in Electronic Health Record.
• Excellent writing skills
• Exceptional organization skills
