Bonaventure Senior Living is Hiring a Financial Director/Commercial Loan Specialist Near Oregon, OR

Bonaventure is seeking an in-house Financial Director/Commercial Loan Specialist in Salem, Oregon. 

The Financial Director/Commercial Loan Specialist will be responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate loans. We are looking for a motivated and successful team member with a proven track record of originating and placing loans for a lender, private parties, or a company.This opportunity is for candidates with a fast-paced work environment experience, who enjoy a fun culture with the ability to close deals precisely and in a timely manner!

Salary Starting at $90,000-$110,000, plus bonuses

Duties include:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain a quality pipeline of lender relationships that serves as a recurring source of construction, bridge, and permanent financing.
  • Prepare loan packages.
  • Negotiate financing terms and conditions on behalf of Bonaventure.
  • Review all loan documents.
  • Maintains responsibility for the loan from initiation to closing.
  • Perform compliance and risk management duties as required.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage industry policies and procedures and mortgage banking industry.
  • Previous experience as a bank relationship manager, Sales Manager, Mortgage or Loan Officer, Etc.
  • Uses an analytical mindset and critical thinking skills to identify and analyze opportunities, proactively lead discussions, make recommendations, and execute solutions for department initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and perform problem solving and decision making under minimal supervision.
  • Strong detail orientation with high level of organizational skills and ability to multi-task, managing interruptions with multiple projects.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple priorities under the direction of management.
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
