ROUTING MAPPING SPECIALIST / COSTUMER SERVICE -Bon Suisse, Inc. is a full-service Dairy & Ice Cream distribution company. We have been in Business for over 34 years. We are now hiring at our Fullerton Branch a Routing Specialist/Customer service rep.

• This is a very fast paced job that requires the ability to multi-task, and still hit all deadlines. It is a second shift position from 4:30pm-1:00 am. Some overtime is required on occasion.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Routing Mapping Specialist/Customer Service is responsible for handling all route mapping for each day’s deliveries based on territories, size of stop, delivery time windows, etc. Other duties would include but not limited to calling customers, printing invoices, data entry, filing, and working with excel.
• Successful Routing Mapping Specialist/ Customer Service Representatives demonstrate self-motivation, a positive attitude, can work well on a team and have a solid work history. They also demonstrate strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• They are receptive to coaching and feedback, have the desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be familiar with LA, Orange County, Riverside, San Fernando Valley areas.
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft excel and word. QuickBooks experience a plus but not mandatory. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and punctual.

Compensation: Competitive Wage, Paid Bi Weekly -$37,440.00 annual depending on Experience.
