POSITION SUMMARY:

Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers programs of P.T. upon referral by physician. Abides by APTA standards of practice and codes of ethics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduate of Physical Therapy curriculum recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association

2. Has 1-2 years clinical or home health experience.

3. Licensed in the State of VA to practice Physical Therapy.

4. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
