• Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials, including roofing, siding, for construction projects.
• Operate a range of power tools including air compressors, saws, drills, and hammers efficiently and safely.-Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately determine the specifications of a project.
• Perform detailed carpentry work to the highest standards of quality and precision, including decks, stairs, windows, doors, capping, interior and exterior projects, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client specifications and expectations are met.-Maintain a clean and safe work environment, managing tools and materials effectively.
• Participate in ladder work and other physically demanding tasks as required.The ideal candidate should possess : -5 years proven experience in commercial and residential Carpentry with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in using various construction tools including tape measures, speed squares, air tools, and power tools.-Ability to read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturers specifications.
• Independent worker able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.-Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to work well within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.-Valid driver's license preferred.-Comfortable with ladder work and the physical demands of the carpentry trade.
