Mercy Health - St. Ritas Medical Center in Lima, Ohio is seeking a full-time acute care nurse practitioner to work nights in our busy Intensive Care Unit.

Education and Skills Required:

• Certified by AANP or like certification for Nurse Practitioners.
• Current licensure with the state of Ohio as an ACNP.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Position Highlights:

• Admit and manage critically ill patients.
• Respond to all code blues in hospital.
• Ability to receive training on procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, intubations, Swan-Ganz, CVVH, and ECMO.

• 424 bed Regional Referral Center
• 18 bed Intensive Care Unit
• 12-hour night shifts- 5pm to 5am
• 7 on / 7 off schedule with 21 days of PTO annually
• Supported by 24/7 Intensivist coverage
• Ability to perform a variety of bedside ICU procedures is a plus, bedside ultrasound available
• Multiple dedicated specialists ready and available for consultation
