Our Line Cooks must:

1. Be Clean, work clean, wear clean clothes, and keep our facility clean.

2. Be transparent with their work & actions. If you do not know, ask. If you do know,

share.

3. Be positive, have fun & bring you positive attitude with you to every shift.

The Line Cook will:

1. Execute menu items on the hot and cold line.

2. Volume Management.

3. Maintain a clean and consistent workstation, practice safe and ethical food handling

procedures.

4. Open and close the kitchen on different shifts.

5. Deep cleaning regularly to ensure the health and of our kitchen and equipment.

6. Report to Manager/Kitchen Manager/Chef for all responsibilities, questions and concerns. If applicable, report to Shift Lead.

Skills necessary to the job function are as follows:

1. Food service execution.

2. Basic knife skills and recipe comprehension.

3. Memorization of line procedures and recipes.

4. Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 40 pounds.

5. Understanding and compliance of with company policies.

6. Finding and assisting with money and time saving alternatives

7. Supporting and maintaining the Core Values of the business.

Competencies necessary to the job function are as follows:

1. Back of House experience preferred

2. Strong time-management

3. Clear communicator

4. Professional conduct

5. Teamwork with the Management, BOH and FOH Team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
