Job Description
BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. is looking for a Warehouse/Maintenance Technician that will have perform various functions but not limited to the following tasks: working from process instructions, sketches, blueprints, and shop orders, maintaining and repairing plant facilities and equipment to support production; maintaining a preventive maintenance program; and keeping accurate maintenance records. Ensuring that maintenance requirements/needs are completed in a timely and accurately manner in such a manner to maintain current production requirements. Continually improving processes proactively instead of a reactive maintenance program. Must be able to set-up and operate welding machines. Accountable for quality inspections before and after the weld. Responsible for quality of weld work performed. This work includes setting speeds, feed, and temperature controls, locating work fixture, adjusting machine to maintain quality welds.
Major Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance as outlined on preventative maintenance schedules of equipment manufacturer’s recommendations
Plan and implement corrective action in conjunction with management direction
Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in a clean and orderly manner
Maximize productive time of equipment.
Coordinate and assist with the equipment installation
Ability to learn and physically rotate to all required job tasks in assigned work area
Ability to use all Personal Protective Equipment that is issued by Bolzoni Auramo
Must be proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, electronic, fluid power, & mechanical
Should be familiar with applicable regulatory requirements outlined by OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC and other state/local organizations.
Successful operation of welding equipment
Computer literate, Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of low- and high-pressure hydraulics
The Warehouse/Maintenance Technician must have the following:
High School diploma or G.E.D. required
Forklift operating skills
3 years maintenance experience
Welding Certification
Bandsaw experience
1-year experience in a manufacturing preferred
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Results oriented individual with good mechanical skills
