  • 5 years of immigration law experience required
  • Partial book of business worth $50K required

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Your New Role: If you’re an Immigration Attorney looking to take your book of business to an established firm, consider joining this powerhouse team working in all areas of immigration law.

This group focuses primarily on employment-based immigration cases. You’ll be responsible for cases ranging from PERM labor certification application, nonimmigrant via petitions, I-140 petitions, and applications for adjustment of status. You may also take on some family-based immigration cases.

To handle the high volume of applications and petitions, you’ll need to be proactive and efficient with excellent communication skills. Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, will make you an especially competitive candidate! The target for bonus eligibility is 1500 billable hours.
