Your New Role: Our thriving internal attorney recruiting team is expanding and looking for a new Attorney Recruiter to help us keep on top of all the open roles. As an Attorney Recruiter, you’d work a full-cycle desk which includes business development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, prepping, and finalizing offers with attorneys and consulting with clients seeking to hire top firm and in-house talent. You’ll source for and maintain a diverse pool of talent for a variety of roles using a combination of networking, our existing talent pool, job postings, and sourcing. And, on the client side, you’ll offer consultations, advice, and best practices to ensure successful matches, working with firms and in-house teams of all sizes, practices areas, and industries.

We prefer candidates with previous sales or attorney recruiting experience, and can train as long as you have a legal background, strong relationship-building skills, enjoy collaborating, and are resourceful. We’ve noticed that people who are motivated by uncapped sales commissions, are proactive, offer unbeatable client service, and relish closing a deal really thrive in Recruiter roles. We’ve also found that former and current attorneys, or people with previous attorney recruiting experience, work particularly well on this team.

We have an established base of clients and candidates, and you’ll work cross-functionally with our operations and marketing teams to manage your practice. Growth looks like building a network and developing your skills, with clients and candidates you love to work with. This role has traditionally been very financially lucrative, with an established track record of success.
