Boltz Legal is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Oviedo, FL

Job Summary:
This is not a research and writing position. The ideal candidate is someone who has a burning desire to be in depositions, mediations, hearings and/or trial 5 days a week. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing Plaintiffs in personal injury and property insurance lawsuits.

Skills:
- Ability to effectively litigate cases in court
-Manage a case load of civil litigation cases

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and rules of evidence

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
