Park Maintenance Worker Job Location : Petaluma, California Pay Rate : $24 - $25 / hour Job Type : Long Term Temporary Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 am - 4 : 30 pm Description of Position : Join our team and make a difference in your community! A local city in Sonoma County is seeking a maintenance worker to perform landscaping duties in parks throughout the area.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and with their hands. This is a great opportunity to become involved in the community and build your experience working for a government agency. Responsibilities :

• Perform general grounds maintenance of raking, sweeping, garbage pick up, and rest room cleaning
• Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize
• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems
• Identify and report safety hazards
• Assist with maintenance of city pools
• Use of equipment to include walk behind mowers, edger's, weed eaters, and blowers
