Bilingual Community Health Worker
Job Location : Santa Rosa, California
Pay Rate : $24-$26 / hour
Job Type : Long Term Temporary
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm
Description of Position :
We are seeking a dedicated Community Health Worker Specialist to contribute to our ongoing COVID projects in the endemic COVID Phase.
Responsibilities will involve coordinating various initiatives such as COVID OTC Test Distribution, overseeing the establishment and procurement of COVID Vending Machines, educating vulnerable populations about COVID Programs, managing the clean air testing program, and handling inquiries from the public regarding current policies and available resources.
Additionally, guiding the public towards different Health Services programs offered by the County will be part of the role.

Experience Required :
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish / English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with project management systems
