Bolt Security Guard Services is seeking a Hiring/Scheduling Manager.

We are expanding our presences in Tucson including offering technology-driven services.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit and Hire Guards
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Prepare reports for billing
• Manage and maintain the company's scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Communication with guards and employees to confirm availability and schedule changes
• Conduct interviews

Experience:

• Proven experience in scheduling or related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer Skills
• Excellent research and problem solving abilities
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and scheduling

Requirements:

• HSD / GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Unarmed Security Guard License
• Active State Driver's License
• Ability work hours needed to get the job done

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Supervise assigned guards by creating a team-oriented, self-disciplined environment
• Flexible and adaptable; understanding priorities may change on short notice
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication (oral and written), organization and time management skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to training
