BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY is Hiring a Remote Customer Success Account Manager (REMOTE)

We are looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to join our team!

Bolt On’s innovative software solutions make it easy for shop owners, advisors, and techs to work together to make their auto repair shop more efficient, profitable, and customer-focused. Our presence in the market is forever growing and our product base expanding, causing a strong need for additional passionate and self-motived new business development professionals. 

As a part of our Customer Success team, you will help our customers realize their retention marketing objectives through the use of the MyShopManager platform. You will understand our customer's needs and proactively help to identify ways in which they can leverage the platform to increase their performance and ROI.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of 1:many SMB customers
  • Maximize customer retention metrics
  • Become a MyShopManager product expert and use this knowledge to guide customers towards their desired outcomes
  • Identify, track and improve the health status of each of your customers
  • Make sure that customers fully leverage MyShopManager through strategic, value-driven engagements
  • Develop best practices for customer growth/retention to ensure ongoing customer success
  • Communicate major product updates and releases, ensuring the client enacts changes based on need, interest, and goal alignment
  • Help build and refine processes to successfully engage a large book of business through 1:many communications efforts

What You'll Need:

  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a 1:many and/or SMB environment
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and excellent time management skills
  • Quick-learner and can work effectively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Marketing and/or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • A foundational understanding of technology and software integration
