Bolt Farm Treehouse is looking for a results-driven Maintenance Supervisor fluent in both English and Spanish to lead our Maintenance team. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Daily Operations Mastery: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, orchestrating seamless workflows to ensure tasks are executed with precision and finesse.
  • Strategic Scheduling and Task Allocation: Create schedules, strategically assign tasks to team members, and prioritize work orders with acute attention to urgency and significance, ensuring optimal productivity and results.
  • Leading by Example: Lead from the frontlines, rolling up your sleeves to tackle maintenance issues alongside your team, embodying hands-on leadership and fostering a culture of collaboration and determination.
  • Empowering Through Training and Guidance: Empower maintenance staff through comprehensive training and unwavering support, equipping them with the expertise and confidence needed to excel in their roles and surpass expectations.
  • Championing Safety Standards: Champion a culture of safety excellence by meticulously monitoring work environments and practices, ensuring unwavering compliance with safety standards and regulations.
