Qualified individual should have at least (7) years of proven experience in mobile crane operation, rigging, load chart calculations and planning critical lifts within an industrial environment. Individual must have a mobile crane certification with experience in operating lattice boom and crawler cranes in addition to cherry pickers and forklifts. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors. Also, must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed. Basic computer skills is required. Previous supervisory experience is a plus with resource planning/scheduling experience and a master rigger certification are a plus.
