You have a superpower for design that helps users find their way through websites. You create with the precision of an Olympic archer. You leave no detail to attend for itself. You have a thirst that has you improving yourself so much your past self looks up to your current self and says, “Wow, nice work…”

On top of having the courage of a tiger, you will want to have strengths in the following areas.

  • Web Design - If you need a description of this, you’re in the wrong place.
  • Typography - There is more to the web than Verdana, and you know it.
  • Attention to Detail - You don’t sweat the big stuff because you pay attention to the small stuff.
  • Organization - If there was a naming convention, you would be there.
  • Communication - You like showing your team how talented you are with frequent updates.
  • Other - You have more skills. Let us know what they are.

This is a skilled design role that works closely with the Web team. Here’s a sample of professional skills presently in your toolbelt:

  • Hands-on experience with design software, including Adobe XD and Figma
  • The ability to communicate with and design from wireframes
  • An understanding of cross-platform responsive patterns
  • Consistency to brand web standards and guidelines
  • An understanding of the design possibilities of web technologies, mobile platforms, and eCommerce solutions
