· The Digital Graphic/Textile Designer will be responsible for creating or editing original designs, drawings, and typography for apparel and digital marketing

Amend and re-color existing prints/artwork and color ways; Resize and edit artwork as needed

· Translate inspirations into original designs, repeats, and color ways

· Research resources, competitor websites, runway shows, style websites, and fashion magazines for trend inspirations

· Utilize traditional hand-sketching and painting techniques in conjunction with Photoshop, Illustrator to execute graphic and textile designs

·

· Maintain design and print information in an organized electronic catalogue for easy access and reference

· Assemble and submit to the Legal Department design paperwork, which includes the origin of design inspiration for copyright purposes

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

· Must be proficient in Photoshop, and Illustrator

· Experienced in Graphic and Textile Design (Bachelor’s degree)

· Must have experience in Apparel Graphics, Textile Print and digital marketing formats

· Must be familiar with screen printing/graphic treatment techniques and understand how graphic prints translate onto different products

· Knowledge of other textile software programs a plus

· Must have a keen eye for graphic art placement

· Must be able to build relationships through effective communication with cross-functional teams

· Must be able to adapt to constant change and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
