Position Summary:
Bold Orange is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with junior to mid-level project management experience, eager to execute front end digital strategies and campaigns by working collaboratively with teams and subject matter experts to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage projects and retainers across all digital channels
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create and drive project plans and timelines to ensure that key project milestones are met in a timely manner and accurate fashion by facilitating strong partnerships across the team
  • Define scope, build and manage budgets, and outline resource plans to align appropriate talent to the project
  • Proactively manage deliverables and clearly communicate at all levels to illuminate opportunities and risks
  • Facilitate team status and creative review meetings
  • Work to understand deliverables and establish timelines
  • Provide leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Break down roadblocks in the process by proactively seeking solutions
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, strategy, innovation and excellence
  • Foster the Bold Orange culture and guide the team to apply Bold Orange principles in their work
  • Continue professional development in order to stay abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in a creative agency project management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excitement to dig in and learn, self-manage and self-motivate
  • Experience with digital initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Good operational and process orientation; strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Appreciation and understanding of the creative process to allow the team to do good work and deliver on-brand creative
  • Significant attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and multi-tasking, including changing directions quickly when necessary
