The PurposeAs a HVAC Service Technician with Bold City Heating & Air, you will be a vital part of our technical team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
The Responsibilities
- Leading complex HVAC repair and maintenance tasks, demonstrating advanced technical skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in HVAC systems, providing effective and efficient solutions.
- Mentoring and guiding junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to develop their skills.
- Assisting in training programs and workshops to enhance the technical capabilities of the team.
- Interacting with customers to explain repair diagnoses, provide recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines during repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Promoting a safety-conscious work environment and training team members on safety best practices.
- Accurately documenting all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Providing timely and detailed reports on completed jobs, equipment conditions, and recommendations for further action.
- 3 years of Residential HVAC & Service Experience (required)
- Clean background and driving record (required)
- NATE Certification (preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- 3 Weeks of Vacation (PTO)

- Estimated Earnings: $80,000-$150,000 annually
- Commission Opportunities
- Monday through Friday
- On-call rotation every 4th weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- On-call 1 weeknight till 8pm
