Bolcor Flooring and Interiors is a premiere provider of flooring and interior renovation services across Florida. We are looking for an outgoing skilled professional in the construction industry to fill the Supervisor position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a supervisor you will, Oversee multiple projects, help with scheduling in house installers/subs, communicate with homeowners/contractors/customers. You will be responsible for starting projects on time, finishing within the project schedule, and with complete customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring installers have materials and paperwork for their job that day and that information is accurate and they understand the scope of work.

Communicating on projects, working with operations to set up projects.

Quality assurance on projects.

Working with subcontractors and In house installers on multiple facets of flooring including demo, furniture moving, installation of flooring, drywall, cabinets, painting, etc. From simple flooring Projects, to whole home remodels.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Valid drivers license with a clean record.

Requires construction experience (preferable), knowledge of installation practices.

Experience working with installers and crews.

Good communication skills, written and verbal.

Must be dependable and reliable.

Good problem solving skills, customer service skills, able to use laptop and tablet devices, and able to pass background check.
