Controls Project Manager: Responsible for overall success of turnkey mechanical and building automation system projects. Will coordinate project activities while serving as the single point of contact as the construction manager between Boland and client throughout the duration of the project. Will effectively manage project safety, schedule, cost, scope, quality, and client relationships. Will execute project scope on time, under budget and to client satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.

• Reviews deliverables prepared by Team before transmitting to Client.

• Prepares for project progress reviews.

• Maximizes project profitability and manages project budget.

• Monitors project labor hours and expenses on a regular basis.

• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors accounts receivables.

• Follows up with Clients regarding project requirements, deliverables, billings, and accounts receivable in a timely manner

• Facilitates Team and Client meetings effectively.

• Possesses general understanding in the areas of construction, mechanical, electrical, LEED, and energy management.

• Develops lasting relationships with Client personnel that foster Client ties.

• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical, construction management, or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience within building automation controls, general, mechanical contracting, or construction management preferred, general HVAC knowledge,

• Must have valid driver's license

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Procore experience, PMP certified is strongly preferred

• Proficient with the MS Office Suite; including MS Project

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, strong time management skills

• Proactive, determined, goal driven, action and solutions oriented, fast learner

• Team player, independent leader, client focused

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility within the office and job sites

• Willing to travel locally as required

• Frequent visits to job sites and able to climb ladders

• Ability to lift 25 lbs on an occasional basis
