Job Summary

The assistant manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our restaurant under the supervision of our Unit Director. A flexible schedule is a must as you will be required to work a wide variety of hours from early in the morning and late at night. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Place orders, assess inventory, and organize stores.
• Maintain the facility, including assigning staff to clean and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Be responsible for providing hygienic, safe food that meets branding, and company standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous supervisory experience in a fast food restaurant is highly recommended, but not required.
