Boise Family Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Boise, ID

Boise Family Dental Care is looking to add to our Front Office team. Our patient hours are 7am-3pm so a great schedule to still be able to enjoy life! We are a modern practice focused on patient care as the highest importance. We are a staff who love and take pride in our job. Here, every smile matters, including those of our team members.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member with a great work ethic- this is not something we can train, it’s something you have. The pace of our office requires someone who is proactive, great at time management, quick learner, and a multitasker. Experience is preferred, whether previous front office or back office, but we will train the right person. We use Oryx patient software- a very user friendly and patient engaged system.

Tasks may include answering phones and emails, scheduling, check-in and check-out, billing- insurance and patient, treatment coordinating, insurance verifications and follow-ups. Our Front Office team is well-rounded and invested in learning and developing skills that add to both the patient experience and growth as team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
