Job Description
An Executive Assistant position is open for this Mt. Laurel, NJ based nutritional products manufacturing company.
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. $55k
Successful candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in a similar role, excellent verifiable Word and Excel skills, ability to do internet research and a keen sense of maintaining confidentiality.
Should be able to work independently and as part of a team, work within deadlines, and be very flexible handling various assignments.
This position will also handle correspondence for executives, assist in our human resources needs and answering phones.
Hours are M-Th 7:30am -5:30pm. (36-40 hour work week, depending on lunch) No Friday's.
