Bogle Vineyards is Hiring a Sales Administration Coordinator Near West Sacramento, CA

POSITION SUMMARY: Facilitates the flow of admin information between Bogle Sales and the Distributor network. Works closely with and reports to the Sales Reporting Manager.


SALARY RANGE

$42,000 - $57,000

Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate's prior experience and education level as it pertains to the role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Provide support to the Sales team and Distributor network.
  • Retrieve, coordinate, and reconcile billbacks through various supplier portals as well as those sent via email.
  • Verify billbacks for accuracy, calculate, process, and generate billback credits, scan paid billbacks to Accounting files, and follow-up on subsequent issues.
  • Problem solves billing discrepancies by auditing, reviewing, and balancing.
  • Review accounts receivable aging and work with distributors to keep their accounts current, follow-up on payment discrepancies.
  • Review monthly commission reports.
  • Maintain distributor files and update information where necessary.

  • Review and reconcile statements from distributors.
  • Maintain item catalog for our data platform, along with specific distributor item catalogs to ensure vintage changes are updated as well as setting up new brands and varietals.
  • Process wine sample requests through Nexternal.
  • Manage wine inventory in cage, submit totals to Accounting every quarter.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • Assist Reporting Manager with overflow tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer Skills: Above average knowledge of Microsoft environment.
  • Accounts Payable/ Receivable knowledge
  • Microsoft Dynamics Nav experience helpful.
  • Previous wine industry experience in a sales environment is desired
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Self-starter, can-do attitude, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to ensure customers receive a timely response and all deadlines are met.
  • Strives to produce an accurate work product.
  • Must have a valid CA driver license and must be insurable by the company's insurance provider.


WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position is predominantly an office-based role.

  • Must be able to sit and use typical office equipment using hands and fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach with hands and arms occasionally during the day
  • Ability to bend and lift at least 55 lbs. such as wine cases and other materials occasionally.
