Responsibilities:
-Must be able to work 5 days a week 10 to 12 hours per day
- Oversee all aspects of store and food operations
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings
- Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Train and supervise staff
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Monitor costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
