Our St Charles IT team has an exciting opportunity for an Agile Product Owner. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the backlog of work needed to support our classified programs will be tracked, prioritized, and then put into action. You will directly interface with our stakeholders in our mission to support the Missile and Weapons programs we support.

Position Responsibilities:

Understands complex technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your team

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes

Provides subject matter expertise for complex issues

Maintains the team backlog, iteration planning and story collaboration

Applies behavior-driven development, accept stories and drive decisions

Evaluates and effectively communicates complex system problems and resolution

Leads the handling of service requests from the user community

Leads architecture design studies for technology implementation

Creates Microsoft Windows baseline images

Conducts Information Assurance scans and remediation

Installations and configurations Virtual Machine (VM)Ware and storage

Updates on Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1 years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams

1 years of experience leading or performing the activities of complex IT programs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3 years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams

3 years of experience leading or performing the activities of complex IT programs

Experience with IT infrastructure supporting desktop, server, storage or network hardware and software components

Experience working with Commercial off-the-shelf Software (COTS) Integration in a Linux or Windows environment

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework

Experience with Agile Methodologies

Typical Education:

Typically, 5 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
