Job Description / Position Overview :
This position requires to work onsite 100%. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at above mentioned location.
Export Control :
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Position Summary :
Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring.
Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Under limited supervision, inspects incoming parts / material, outgoing orders verify that certification is correct, checks parts for processing, check special orders, daily use of micrometers, gauge controls, calipers, indicators, etc.
Provides mentorship throughout the Inspection team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
communicate with vendor as needed. Disposition and control of on-conforming product.
Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps for at least three customers (or as applicable by Site size);
Active use of stamps required.
Assist in internal, customer, and third-party audits.
