Job Summary:

Energetic boutique Anti-aging clinic seeking a friendly, high-energy Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator to assist Medical Doctor in growing a very exclusive Anti-Aging medical practice. We practice anti-aging medicine and perform cutting edge aesthetic procedures. Desire strong people skills, organizational skills, and technical ability. Duties include phone scheduling, organization, excellent bedside manner, and helping the doctor with procedures and day-to-day operations. Must be a self-starter willing to work in a professional work environment in an upscale med spa enviroment. We go out of our way for our patients. You will ensuring efficient patient care coordination and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive, opulent, and welcoming experience. we only do FIVE STAR!
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collect patient information, update medical records, and maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up on patient care plans

- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

-estheticians license a positive
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency in office software applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.53 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
