ROLE:

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring the jewelry is packaged, sorted, and labeled in the correct manner, and with accurate quantity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist Packaging team with packaging, sorting, and labeling products for shipment.
• Maintain product packaging counts.
• Reach production quotas by maintaining a quick, effective pace as a team as well as solo.
• Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with procedures.
• Verify parts and materials, check for damage, correct part numbers.
• Comply with applicable safety standards, and regulations.
• Perform good housekeeping duties in and around the work area.
• Report all safety, inventory, and quality issues to supervisor.

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Extremely organized and articulate.
• Basic addition and subtraction skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
