Job Summary

The Expeditor is responsible for ensuring that orders are processed and delivered on time. They work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner. The Expeditor is also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered on time
• Communicate with servers to ensure that food is served in a timely manner
• Ensure that all food items are properly prepared and presented
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
