We focus on multi-family housing for emerging middle-class tenants; looked at another way, our offering enables blue-collar and similarly employed people to live in attractive, urban environments with proximity to transportation and amenities. We are rapidly growing, changing, and improving every aspect of our business.
As a lead architect in the field of multi-family housing, your primary responsibility is to oversee the design and development of residential buildings that accommodate multiple families within a single structure.
Your job description may include the following:
- Project Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire architectural process, from concept development to construction completion. This involves collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the desired objectives within the allocated budget and timeline.
- Design and Planning: You will lead the design team in creating innovative and functional architectural plans for multi-family housing projects. This includes developing floor plans, building elevations, and other design elements that maximize space utilization, promote sustainability, and adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Technical Expertise: As a lead architect, you should have a strong understanding of construction materials, building systems, and structural engineering principles.
