```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person for a community association located in west Boca Raton, FL. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This includes conducting repairs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, pressure cleaning, landscaping, fence and stucco repairs
- Supervise contractors when necessary

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in English using both verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills to supervise contractors
