Boca Recovery Center is a new facility in Huntington, Indiana looking to hire Per Diem LPNs for 12 HOUR SHIFTS at our Detox and Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Unrestricted Indiana State Licensed LPN Unrestricted Multi-state license
• 1 year minimum nursing experience preferred. Mental health and/or substance abuse inpatient OR outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Job Summary

Deliver nursing care to clients as instructed by DON and Medical Director for Detox / Residential Substance Abuse Treatment. Monitor clients during the treatment process to ensure that all of their medical needs are met while coordinating with all areas of the organization to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable during their stay at our facility.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identifies and prioritizes client care needs using client history and nursing assessment
• Provides direct client care
• Performs daily client medication administration and reconciliation, ensuring proper documentation and workflow
• Documents pertinent information in client's chart and accurately reports and makes observations to appropriate staff
• Assists in the collection of report data required for utilization review and quality assurance
• Practices safety, environmental, and infection control methods
• Will be required to perform other duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
