This role involves machine service and training on the Bobst product line. Includes the repair and installation of new machines, relocation of existing equipment, customer training and preventive maintenance, productivity improvement programs, troubleshooting. After hours on call on a monthly basis. Provides technical support to Customers, Service Center and Technicians. Extensive travel is required 85-95%

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
5-10 years in a Field Service Role
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Customer Service Orientation
Problem Solving Nature
Effective follow-up
