Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Boba-Rista/Server to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious boba tea beverages, serving in the restaurant area, and cash management.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boba station and work area
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in beverage preparation
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering any questions or concerns
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work.
- Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests
-Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
-Assist with boba preparation, as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Key holder responsibility with regard to opening, closing, and security procedures
-End of night transaction reconciliation

Skills:
- Willingness to help team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new recipes and beverage preparation techniques

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, barista, and serving roles (preferred)
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in coffee or beverage service (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact with customers effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
