ABOUT THE FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER ROLE

In this position, you will split your time between leading and overseeing our team of Finance & Insurance Consultants and performing Sales Manager duties including appraising vehicles, structuring deals, and acting as a second point of contact for our clients. On the finance side, you have a keen understanding of banking regulations and a desire to help clients get their dream vehicle at a payment they can afford. You process customer credit applications and submit them to various financial institutions for approval, and your attention to detail is essential as you fill out and organize all state and finance-related paperwork for vehicle transactions. After our clients purchase a vehicle, you are there at the time of delivery to review all the necessary paperwork with them. With your sales savvy and customer service skills, you explain the benefits of our additional products such as vehicle service agreements, paint and fabric protection, and road hazard coverage.

The schedule for this position includes working some evenings and every Saturday.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior automotive dealership experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• PA Vehicle Sales license (we will help you acquire if necessary)
