Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Grader operator to join our team. As a Grader operator, you will be responsible for operating a Caterpillar Grader. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Grader
- Perform grading and leveling tasks to prepare construction sites
- Clear debris and obstacles from work areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience operating Grader Required. Trimble GPS Experience preferred.
-Driver's License
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.75 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week

- 10 hour shift
- Home daily
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Greenbrier, AR: Relocate before starting work (Required)
