Position Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Bobbie Marie Jewelry. The ideal candidates will learn the permanent jewelry welding process and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the permanent jewelry fitting and welding process
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Assist customers with jewelry fittings and selections.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals.
• Uphold the company's brand image and standards of excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings & weekends.
• Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
