Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and specifications
- Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a pizza kitchen or similar fast-paced environment is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems for order taking and cash handling
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to increase sales
- Understanding of basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
